Since 1987, our team has taken pride in tackling the projects that shape communities and industries. Founded by brothers Doug and John Casella, the company grew through the hard work, skill, and dedication of the men and women who show up every day ready to get the job done right.

In 2012, the second generation—Joseph Casella and John Casella II—took the helm with a strong vision for the company’s future. Building on the foundation set before them, they expanded the company’s capabilities, transforming it into a multifaceted industry leader. By harnessing the strength of their team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and identifying opportunities for growth, they guided Casella Construction’s evolution into a company that today operates across four core divisions: Aggregate, Construction, Land Clearing, and Transportation.

While our work has expanded, what hasn’t changed is the foundation it’s built on: our people. Their skill, dedication, and teamwork make it possible to take on tough jobs and deliver results that stand the test of time.
